Key Personnel
ERG employs and partners with a select group of professionals to bring superior and relevant service to our clients. The following are some of the key personnel within ERG. Selected resumes are attached. Ben Wells – ERG President Ben is the Senior Client Contact responsible for overall program implementation, contracts, and project QA/QC.Donal Manning – Project Operations Manager Donal is responsible for the monitoring and coordinating of activities, project management, business development, and strategic planning.Steven Michelson, R.G. – Project Manager / Project Director Steve is responsible for the baseline studies, day-to-day project requirements, client communications, strategy development, and implementation.Lisa Swanson – Senior Industrial Facility Auditor Lisa is responsible for performing facility audits of the major industrial facilities, such as the plating operations.Ben Thurmond – Staff Environmental Scientist / Field Tech Ben will provide project level support for the project, including the performance of commercial facility audits.Christie Rowe – Staff Scientist Christie will provide staff level support for the project. |
